First Cooking mistake already made and no cooking has started

Ok I have already made my first mistake and a burner hasn't even been turned on yet nor the first recipe even selected. In my previous blog I called it a cheese "grader". I now realize that the cheese is not "grading" any papers for school and is therefore not a "grader" but instead a "GRATER". Can you even imagine what is about to happen once I start cooking.....brace yourself folks.
